They really have got their stuff together when other hosts are having outages and poor performance on similar priced plans. The support is excellent and I didn't have to go through basics first . I had a quite complex subdomain and DNS issue that a lot of support technicians may have to pass up the line which is ok. I have had multiple support requests other than this one and so I am not new here. My site runs well fast and is brill!
